As a jacquard fabric producer, we focus on manufacturing fabrics for the home. We weave designs into the cloth. Starting with yarn dyeing, warping, weaving and finishing, all the eye-catching products are completed by experienced personnel, which allows us to create and produce fabrics that are able to set the trend in the world of interior decorating.

The total production of Satin Textiles is approximately 700,000 yards per month. Our standard widths of jacquard fabrics are 48", 54", and 110 inches. We can construct a variety of fabrics in the dyeing factory, from specialized machines which are set to do calendering, sheering, and printing. This "CHALLENGER" factory works on a production capacity of 30,000 yards per day. The stenter machine located in the factory is specialized for the production of double width fabrics. The average speed is approximately 50 meters per minute.

To maintain the quality of colours, only the best of raw materials are selected to be used in the dyeing process. We are able to produce up to 3,000 kilograms of yarn per day. In addition the printing machine is also available for both transfer printing and warp printing. The production is in 54 and 60 inch wide fabrics. Over 20,000 pieces(50yards/PCs) can be stockpiled and stored comfortably in the warehouse with hand held scanners reading the bar-codes on every roll.
