Job description:

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for handling overall recruitment function.
  • Initiating recruitment strategic, or activities for recruitment such as career exhibition, campus tour, job fair.
  • Searching and dealing with new and existing media for recruitment's advertising include creation and designing recruitment's media such as poster, brochure, newspapers ads and company webpage etc.
  • Dealing with any department to summary manpower planning.
  • Interviewing candidates all positions in staff to supervisor level.
  • Handling to offer job and negotiate salary & benefit to successful candidate.
  • Experienced in HRD or OD would be advantage

Qualification:

Qualification : •Male/Female •Age 25 - 32 years •Bachelor's Degree in HRM or relate fields •3 - 5 years experiences in Recruitment and Training •Strong leadership, communication, service minded and presentation skills •Good command of spoken and written in English and computer literate.
